The hotel is situated in a neoclassical palace from 1912 that stands in the center of the spa zone.

This unique building was completely modernized in the late 90s, the original architectural details have been though preserved. The object contains a reception, 5 beautiful stylish dining rooms, a summer terrace, a lobby bar, a corporate and concert hall, a dance bar, a complex balneology center including a swimming pool and other services, as sauna, beauty and hairdressing salon, pedicure etc. The object has several lifts and a guarded parking lot next to the building.

The hotel offers a total of 305 beds in rooms of various categories - IA, De Luxe, Superior, Superior Plus and apartments. The difference between the categories is determined by the size, positioning and equipment of the rooms, but all rooms have a bath or shower, WC, satellite TV, fridge / mini bar, safe and telephone.
