About us

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the resort close to the colonnade and a park. The hotel complex is formed by a connection of three architecturally unique buildings Hvezda (Star), Imperial and Neapol. The total capacity is 239 rooms. The facilities are a stylish restaurant Franz-Josef, an atrium where concerts and cultural events are organized, the newly opened coffee Imperial and a balneology center. The Aqua Spa stretches on the area of 730 m2 and consists of a swimming pool (18 x 8 m), a number of water attractions, an 8-person jacuzzi or a salt cave. The hotel also offers massages (including hot lava stone massage or brush massage), 2 saunas, an aroma steam bath, a tepidarium, a relaxation area, a beauty comfort zone and a hairdresser. The water complex is connected to the Central Spa and the New Spa with underground corridors. It is a non-smoking hotel.

All rooms are equipped with shower or bath, toilet, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe and internet connection. The Superior Plus rooms are in the Hvezda (Star) building. Suits, apartments and rooms with view to the Goethe Square are available only on request for extra charge.  

Medical treatments in the hotel

The hotels balneology offers a complex scale of spa treatments (mineral baths, mud and paraffin packs, gas injections, electrotherapy, traditional massage, dry gas envelopes, inhalations etc.). Some treatments are granted in the complex Central Spa and Maria Spa.
